Great apartment on the third floor of the building in Cents. A bit overprized. The property was well-maintained, but there were issues with the syndic. Great landlord, I had no issues with the deposit. Cents is great for families, and the school has a good reputation. Lack of coffee shops though. Local supermarket is great.
