1. Service Provider Identity

In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following identification details are provided:

2. Nature of the Service

Intelli-Rent is an information society service operating as a community review platform for rental properties, real estate agencies, and legal firms in Luxembourg. The platform allows registered users to submit anonymous reviews and access aggregated ratings to make informed housing decisions.

The platform does not act as a real estate agent, landlord, or intermediary in any rental transaction. All reviews are user-generated content and do not represent the views of Intelli-Rent.

3. Intellectual Property

The platform design, logo, software, and original editorial content are the property of Intelli-Rent and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written consent is prohibited.

User-generated reviews remain the property of their respective authors. By submitting a review, users grant Intelli-Rent a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute the content on the platform.

4. Liability Limitation (LSSI-CE Arts. 13–17)

As a hosting service provider under EU Directive 2000/31/EC (E-Commerce Directive) and its national transposition (LSSI-CE), Intelli-Rent is not liable for user-generated content provided that:

• It does not have actual knowledge of unlawful activity or content;
• Upon obtaining knowledge of unlawful content, it acts expeditiously to remove or disable access to it;
• It does not actively control, select, or modify the content transmitted or stored.

5. Content Moderation & Ranking

Reviews on Intelli-Rent are subject to automated and manual moderation. The main parameters used for ordering and ranking content are:

• Properties: Overall rating score (average of all approved reviews), then by number of reviews
• Agencies: Overall rating score, then alphabetically
• Search results: Relevance to search query (address/neighborhood match), then by rating

No paid placement or promotional ranking exists. Reviews are never reordered in exchange for commercial consideration.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This platform and its services are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Luxembourg City, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the user's country of residence.

7. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform established by Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 has been discontinued following its repeal by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 December 2024. The ODR platform is no longer operational.
