We do not currently use third-party analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics). Platform-level usage statistics may be collected by our infrastructure provider as strictly necessary for security and performance purposes.
2.3 Advertising & Tracking Cookies
We do not use any advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. No data is shared with advertising networks.
3. Local Storage
In addition to cookies, we use browser localStorage to store:
- cookie-consent: Your accept/decline preference for our cookie banner
- welcome_sent_[id]: Whether we have sent you a welcome email (prevents duplicates)
These items do not track you across websites and are not accessible by third parties.

When you first visit Intelli-Rent, a cookie consent banner is displayed. You may:

- Decline: Refuse non-essential cookies (the site will still function normally since we only use essential cookies)
